Plenty Belize staff includes an Executive Director/Programs Manager, an Office and Accounts Manager, one Agricultural Program Coordinator, one Economic Development Project Manager, one Development Director; as well as occasional local and international volunteers.
Plenty’s affiliate, the Small Business Resource Center, has an office in the same building, and has a staff of two: the SBRC Manager, and a Trainings & Programs Officer.
Executive Director/Programs Manager Mark Miller was born in the US but is now a permanent resident of Belize, living in the village of Jacintoville, about 8 miles outside of PG town. Mark holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Pollution Control, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
Agricultural Program Manager Abib Palma was born and raised in Toledo, now residing in Forest Home Village with his wife, son and daughter.
Economic Development Project Manager Ermain Requena was also born and raised in San Pedro Columbia Village, Toledo District. Ermain now lives in Punta Gorda Town with his wife and daughter.
Small Business Resource Manager Tasha Petillo is a native of Punta Gorda Town. A graduate of the University of Belize with her Associate Degree and several years of experience, Tasha’s time when not working is spent raising her daughter.
Training and Program Officer Marcelia Cus was born in the village of San Miguel, speaks Ketchi’, Mopan, Spanish and English. She has an Associate Degree in Business.
