Plenty Belize staff includes an Executive Director/Programs Manager, an Office and Accounts Manager, one Agricultural Program Coordinator, one Economic Development Project Manager, one Monitoring and Evaluation Officer; as well as occasional local and international volunteers
Executive Director/Programs Manager Mark Miller was born in the US but is now a permanent resident of Belize, living in the village of Jacintoville, about 8 miles outside of PG town. Mark holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Pollution Control, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
Agricultural Program Manager Abib Palma was born and raised in Toledo, now residing in Forest Home Village with his wife, son and daughter.
Economic Development Project Manager Ermain Requena was also born and raised in San Pedro Columbia Village, Toledo District. Ermain now lives in Punta Gorda Town with his wife and daughter.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Martha Chavarria was born in Punta Gorda Town. Martha started with Plenty Belize as a volunteer and now is a staff member.

Ms. Eva Middleton, Administrator of San Antonio Village Polyclinic, Toledo District
Ms. Dawn Dean, Principal and Teacher at St Benedict’s RC School in Punta Gorda Town
